Job Description

  • Expert knowledge of complex spine pathology
  • Fully accountable for quarterly and annual revenue targets for assigned territory.
  • Responsible for defining annual and long term plan to become industry leader in assigned territory in coordination with local distribution channel.
  • Ability to communicate technically and effectively with surgeons and field representatives.
  • Attend first cases of top targets within Area while supporting additional new users.
  • Provide training and support for all new product launches
  • Identify, network with, and collaborate with KOLs in territory
  • Represent division at medical and industry meetings.
  • Provide territory specific input on upstream marketing activities and Product Development initiative
  • Support sales force training, education and initial clinical support for the Complex and Minimally Invasive Case
  • Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors degree, required
  • 8 years minimum experience in complex spine and/or minimally invasive spine surgery in sales, marketing, or other related field.
  • or equivalent combination of education and experience.
