The primary goal of Franchise Sales is to increase brand market share. We are currently looking for a National Vice President, Franchise Sales- East to work on large company affiliations for Century 21 Real Estate, LLC.. This position will identify, cultivate, manage and track enterprise level franchise opportunities within the Realogy Corporation for the Eastern half of the United States. The ideal candidate will reside in NJ or Miami; however, we will consider candidates in other locations.. Key Responsibilities:. + Identify new franchise opportunities over a specific Gross Commission Income (GCI) threshold for the Company.. + Responsible for the entire affiliation process to include diligence period, negotiation and approvals for enterprise level companies.. + Create and work business plan to achieve growth goals.. + Must work closely with Brand Senior Leadership to identify prospects, dark markets, large deal opportunities and growth plan.. + Responsible for meeting quarterly and annual quota targets.. + Expense budget maintenance and timely submission of reports and pipelines.. + Work in conjunction with Brand Leadership and Finance teams to identify prospective franchisee's that are in jeopardy and identify deals that can be accelerated.. Minimum Requirements:. + Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.. + 7+ years consultative sales experience.. + Franchise sales experience a plus.. + Ability to effectively, motivate and influence.. + Strong negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills.. + Advanced knowledge of the Real Estate sales process, i.e., transactions, legal documents, sales and growth models.. + Advanced organizational skills and computer skills, i.e. Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.. + Working knowledge of complex real estate operations.. + Approximately 75% travel.. + Demonstrated ability to meet desired objectives with minimal to no supervision.. **External Title:**.
