Who We're Looking For:National Debt Relief (NDR) is currently seeking a hands-on highly motivated, and analytical Product Director who is passionate about helping customers get out of debt. The PDs primary objective will be creating solutions that help NDRs stakeholders better service their clients. This fast-paced role will be responsible for 1) defining business requirements, packaging the features into product releases and managing the product lifecycle from ideation to release; 2) Identifying gaps across our offerings and developing products to fill those gaps. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and facilitator of business requirement gathering, a curious problem solver, and a collaborative teammate who thrives in highly-agile, multi-directional team environment. The candidate must be comfortable speaking to both business and technical audiences and have a solid track record of developing product strategy and leading teams to ship product features that bring the strategy to life. This represents a unique opportunity to help guide NDR s digital product strategy. Based in our Downtown Manhattan headquarters and reporting directly to the company s Chief Product Officer, this highly-visible position will interact with and engage senior leaders throughout the company.The Day to Day: Work with CPO to build and execute the product roadmap for NDR s CRM and custom applications, including process workflows, automation, and integration. Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for NDR Products Engage with key business stakeholders and technology partners (internal and external) to Scope key features and integrations. Identify and translate user/system requirements into functional, technical, and architectural design documentation. Perform hands-on tasks by leveraging Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities, 3rd party apps and custom development. Work with development teams to implement new products and features. Manage the prioritized feature requests submitted by department leaders. Support development efforts and verify the final implementation of CRM and custom applications Help develop and roll out product feature documentation and training materials. Define the right product metrics and work with the NDR Analytics/Data Science Team to measure the health and effectiveness of our products. Assist in go-to-market efforts to drive successful adoption and usage Be fiercely competitive and maintain a sense of urgency, creativity, and curiosity for how to continue to improve internal and customer facing processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Chemistry, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar) 5+ years of active/hands-on experience as a Product Manager in a highly Agile environment working closely with developers and data scientists. 3+ years of experience in Salesforce or similar CRM involving configuration, implementations, and integrations. Strong skills in solution design, strategic problem solving Independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often sometimes chaotic work environment. Exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail. Powerful communicator with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership. Strong desire to learn and contribute ideas to a broad team. Reasonable understanding of UI/UX principles. You don t have to be a designer, but you should know enough to build compelling wireframes.
