This role will provide the opportunity to develop business acumen, critical thinking and execution capabilities, employee relations skills and the ability to facilitate and influence change in a highly successful business and a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Work closely with the HR business partners to deliver on HR objectives related to Talent Acquisition, Development, Retention and Engagement. These generalists activities will include involvement in annual processes such as compensation planning and performance reviews, support of on-boarding and early career development and delivery of other development programs as well as involvement in employee relations matters. Engage in diversity and inclusion projects and initiatives to support the development of Chubb s culture. Collaborate with HR professionals and other stakeholders in supporting the evolution to a more digitized operating model for HR and the business Establish effective client relationships with line of business managers and staff within the assigned units.
